Gale Power Systems was built from a genuine understanding of how complex power systems work in the real world.
Before establishing Gale Power Systems, our founder worked with a leading renewable energy company, gaining extensive experience across a wide range of power generation and energy technologies.
This included contributing to grid power through wind, battery storage and generator systems operating on gas, vegetable oils and co-generated fuels. The work took place across the UK and internationally, providing experience across very different sites, technologies and operating requirements.
That experience became the foundation for Gale Power Systems. Today, we bring the same practical and technically informed approach to every customer, whether we are looking after an existing generator or developing a completely new energy system.

At the heart of Gale Power Systems is Paul Gale, the person you’ll often speak to when you need help with your power system.
With over 28 years of experience in the power generation sector, Paul has built extensive knowledge across a vast range of systems, technologies and operating environments.
His experience spans everything from massive 30 MW installations to compact 5 kWh systems, giving him an understanding of power requirements at both large-scale and smaller levels.
Paul has also managed sites for large blue-chip companies, dealing with complex power requirements where reliability, performance and practical problem-solving are essential.
